@vaticancatholic No. Go and read Franzelin. Plus, if you admit the safety of the laws of the Church; there is a law of the Church binding under pain of mortal sin to submit to doctrinal decrees of the Holy Office. So this law is infallibly safe as well, and by following it you are safe.
